Our Story
Meet Victoria Matson, the head pastry chef at Half-Baked Theory!
Victoria graduated from the Culinary Arts Institute in New York with a Bachelors in Professional Studies focusing on Research and Development.
With now 10 years of culinary experience, she worked as a Pastry Chef at Bear Mountain Inn in Upstate New York, as well as Dickie Brennan's on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.
